Aksharabyaas

Aksharabyas is the unique program for the tiny-tots of L.K.G who entered the Vidyalaya. Akshara abyasam is a ceremony for children where they are introduced to writing skills in front of the Goddess Saraswathy. Akshar mean letter and Abyas mean learning. The ceremony is performed by the parents along with the family keeping the child in his lap. At the end father / mother will hold the child’s right hand forefinger and write the Om symbol which is treated as a Beeja akshar. If we chant Om the origination of the sound starts at naval and it is unique.
